By downloading, installing, or using SnapZip (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
2. License
The Application is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
If you purchase a Pro license, you will be granted access to additional features. The license is granted to the individual purchaser and resale, sharing, or transfer to third parties is prohibited.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Application
- Copy, distribute, or resell the Application
- Use the Application for illegal purposes
- Share or redistribute license keys
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is." The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not accepted after purchase. However, if the Application does not function at all due to technical issues, please contact support within 14 days of purchase.
6. Updates
The developer is not obligated to provide updates to the Application. If updates are provided, they are subject to these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
