What file formats are supported?
We support ZIP, CBZ, PDF, MP4, MOV, and M4V. RAR support is coming soon.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
The Free version allows up to 10 favorites and includes simple privacy mode only. Pro offers unlimited favorites, full auto resume for all files, and advanced privacy styles (browser-style, Excel-style, etc.).
I lost my license key
Your license key was sent to the email address you used at purchase. If you can't find it, please check your license management page.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not accepted. However, if the app doesn't work due to technical issues, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Can I use it on multiple Macs?
Yes, one license can be used on multiple Macs owned by the same person.
